I am so exciting that I found this law firm. I never intended to file a case for my injury. The Marks Law firm insured me that it was the right thing to do and I am glad I took their advice. I contacted Aaron Marks due to an injury I had been struggling with for over a year. I had been stonewalled by the community responsible for my accident and without health insurance was really struggling with pain and physical limitations. I was shocked to have Mr. Mark himself call me back within hours and patiently explained the process of starting a claim. Within a week his team has me set up with medical assessments and treatment options. The physicians I was referred to were the best in the area and took great care of me. Having never had the mindset of suing anyone, I was just hoping to get out of pain. I got so much more! I was able to get my shoulder fixed and can kayak again!! I also had a settlement that exceeded all treatment expenses with a sizable amount left over. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome or the experience of working with Mr. Marks and his team. Our case was a very difficult one from both a technical legal standpoint, and an emotional one. It sought justice for the wrongful death of our son. We had been led along by another law firm that subsequently dropped our case after running into some challenges. For months our family debated finding another Attorney versus not pursuing the case. Friends and business associates each had their own version of "this is the BEST Attorney in the World!!!", only for us to find each suggested Attorney provide little more than condolences and excuses as to why they couldn't handle the case. Ready to give up, we found Aaron online through an attorney association. We met with him over lunch and discussed every detail of the death of our son. Nothing was left unsaid. Aaron listened...and heard us. He asked pertinent questions to not only understand the legal case, but to also understand who our son was, as a person whose life was taken. He said, with deep compassion and a strong sense of conviction: "I believe I can help you guys". We subsequently provided the information Aaron and his Paralegal, Danette Eatherton requested. Beyond it being a difficult legal case, we were working against a Statute of Limitations deadline. Aaron deftly guided us through the intricacies of the law...which we found maddeningly absurd and an assault upon a layperson's level of common sense. Without his guidance I believe we would have ended our pursuit of justice. I will always recommend Marks Law Group to friends and family. When using them, I received emails and calls about everything happening and the next steps that would be taken. Any questions I had were answered quickly. They are very professional and I felt relief knowing that everything was being taken care of for me. To add the cherry on top, I got a call from Mr. Marks telling me happy birthday and that he hoped I was having a better year after my wreck. Shows me that they truly care!

I was involved in what I thought would be a cut and dry auto accident, but when I learned that my injury would be permanent the insurance company decided they weren't going to make things easy. I called Aaron then and he and his team did an amazing job! Attorney Marks showed me that big names and TV advertisements DO NOT make a great lawyer. He won a case that the so called big name lawyers did not want to take because it was not an easy win. He is down-to-earth and very approachable, yet very professional. His staff is very pleasant and responsive as well. If you have questions he will try to answer you without making things up and I appreciate his honest and straightforward approach. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an Attorney who can win.

Arron has been great. He's been extremely helpful and has given me great advice. He gives straight answers and has a quick and detailed knowledge of Georgia injury law. Injuries are no fun, but it helps to have someone like Arron help you to navigate the legal end. He's also a pretty nice guy, so that helps!

I was involved in a very serious auto accident that was not my fault. I had no medical insurance but Mr. Marks was able to get my medical and physical therapy bills taken care of in advance of our settlement with the other driver. Because of Mr. Marks I was able to get back on my feet in very short order and get on with my life.
